Standard Delivery

Standard delivery means that we will ship your Garage Door, Electric Garage Door Operators & Accessories at the agreed rate of postage. Smaller items that can be sent by courier will usually be delivered within 5 working days. Delivery times can vary for garage doors, depending on whether your door is a stock item or will be made to order. The average delivery time is 2-3 weeks. Please allow up to 8 weeks.
Up & Over Doors Ltd will keep you informed at every stage of your order, and will call you prior to delivery to make suitable arrangements.
Please read our terms of delivery and familiarise yourself with the Door delivery process:

• It is essential that someone is at the delivery address to check the products and sign for the delivery. In some cases drivers may need assistance with offloading garage doors. We will contact by telephone prior to the delivery day to notify you of the delivery time and date.
• Please provide us with a daytime telephone number so that we can contact you if necessary. Working days are classified as Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
• If you are not at home when your goods are delivered we will charge an abortive delivery cost of £50.00. Delivery times are always confirmed with you before goods are dispatched.
• If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery you have the option to receive a replacement or a full refund should a suitable replacement not be available, providing we are notified within 24 hours of delivery. You must check that the door is not damaged before signing for the delivery.
• You must provide us with the full delivery address including post code and a contact name and phone number.

We will provide you with 24 hours notice of delivery.

All deliveries will be made by heavy goods vehicles i.e. 28 feet long by 13'4" high. If the access is impossible then an attempt to deliver the item locally will be made or the item will be returned incurring a return fee.

You must provide us with assistance to offload the garage doors and sign the Proof of Delivery.

If there is no assistance available to help with offloading, then the item will be dropped on or as near as possible to the property. We will still require you or an authorised representative to sign for the delivery.

• All the Scottish islands. (We will deliver to the nearest mainland address you provide)
• Isle Of Wight

Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

We cannot accept cancellations under any circumstances once garage door orders have been placed with the manufacturers.

Please ensure you have supplied us with the correct measurements and product details for the garage doors you require.

Dimensions must be stated as width x height with due allowance for fitting tolerance, and any frame whether existing or supplied with your order. Please see the ‘Handy Hints’ section for advice on measuring your opening.

We will only refund goods that are found to be faulty and a suitable replacement is not available.

Refunds will be credited directly to the same debit or credit card that you used when placing your order. All refunds will be made within 28 days or receipt of the returned order.

Under no circumstances will we refund or replace any product that has been damaged after a delivery has been signed for by you or your representative.

This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer, which remains unaffected.      

Installation:

Within an 80 mile radius of Bristol we can arrange for the door to be fitted by one of our professional fitting teams. This 80 mile limit is a guide and if you are a bit further than this we will still consider coming to you, just give us a ring. The fitting work is guaranteed by ourselves and provides you with the peace of mind that comes with the knowledge that your door has been installed by experts.

We recommend you follow these simple steps to get your chosen door professionally installed:

1. Browse our range of doors until you have found the door that is right for you.
2. Call us on 0117 3000 700 to talk to one of our experienced team about the right size and any additional options you may want so that we can give you any technical advice you may need and an idea of pricing.
3. We will then arrange a mutually convenient date to come and visit your property to carry out a site survey with you, checking all the sizes and confirming the suitability of the door.
4. Having defined your door style, size and optional requirements, we will then give you our best price, including installation, and a likely delivery date.
5. All you need do then is confirm your order, paying either a 25% deposit or full up front payment to benefit from an additional discount, and relax in the knowldege that very soon you will have a professionally installed, fully guaranteed garage door of your choice!

Included in our fitting service is the removal and disposal of your old door and frame and we promise to leave your garage tidier than we found it!
