With such a wide range of door styles, materials and colours it can be a bit bewildering knowing where to start your search for a door or shutters. As such, we have put together a few key pointers to help you on your way.

Things to consider:

What would you like to achieve?

Do you simply want to replace your existing garage door with a like-for-like modern replacement or do you want to improve the functionality of your garage space? If so, what would you like to achieve?

Matching the style of your home

Does your home have any particular design features you want to match or do you want the door to make a statement or blend in?

Budget

What does the average garage door cost? Whilst we have a door to match every budget, there can be a big difference between differing styles and finishes. A visit to our showroom will show you all the doors available and give you a steer as to the cost implications. Where is the garage door going?

Design / production drawings

If your architect or builder has created some technical drawings showing the door we can identify the closest match or discuss bespoke door options with you.

Guarantee

We are proud of our workmanship and the products that we use. As such all the doors we install our covered by a 2 year comprehensive warranty, 5 years on roller doors and a 10 year guarantee on all other door types. Motor guarantee periods are at least 5 years on the motor and 12 months on accessories such as remote controls.

Aftercare

As important element as the design and installation stage is aftercare. At Up & Over we provide a comprehensive after sales service and recommend setting up a service regime to keep your door in top condition. Give us a ring or ask our surveyor for more details.

  Excellent from start to finish We recently had two Ryterna Midrib sectional doors fitted to our garage. The team at Up & Over Doors made the whole process simple and straight forward.   I have used up & over doors before but have just bought a house and the garage door needed a up graded motor and lock kit. Tim came out and very quickly sent me a quote for the the work needed. I was kept updated at all times  about the ordering of parts and a date to complete the work. The two engineers turned up on time and let me know when on their way. The work was carried out to good standard and tested and checked to make sure the where no problems. I would recomend up & over doors no mattter what door you require good customer skills and good pricing. And their showroom has a very good range of doors so you can see what you want plus they explain all questions you might ask. Nice to see a company that value their customers.

  I had a pair of side-hung garage doors fitted recently. Everything was good, from the initial survey through to the installation. The doors are good quality, and at a fair price for the quality. And the two guys who fitted the doors did an excellent job, and were nice people to have around.
